Subject: Southern Vermont Gas ^ VT Energy Partners Proposed Power Plants

I spoke briefly with Doug Fulle, consultant for the natural gas power plants proposed by Vermont Energy Partners. The topic of the discussion related to pre-construction monitoring. I informed Mr. Fulle that it is likely that pre-construction monitoring for meteorological variables will be required by the APCD. I told Mr. Fulle that it would be advantageous to have a meeting between APCD representatives and the applicant to further discuss the details once the project begins moving forward. Mr. Fulle will get back in touch with me once he speaks to the principals involved.
